Can Locked-out Voters Sue?
My piece in today's Law Society Gazette suggests that voters who were disenfranchised last week will not receive the compensation promised by an eminent QC.
But, in an instant comment on the admirable UK Human Rights Blog, Adam Wagner says the "uphill climb which spurned voters face may still lead to some kind of legal remedy".
