Wait and See

So what now? Who is to be Lord Chancellor and/or Secretary of State for Justice? Who is to be Attorney General? We don't even know what party they'll be from.

And what will they do about human rights, for example?

The Conservative manifesto said:

To protect and strengthen our civil liberties, we will... replace the Human Rights Act with a UK Bill of Rights

The Liberal Democrats' manifesto said:

We will... ensure that everyone has the same protections under the law by protecting the Human Rights Act.

Dominic Grieve was never going to rush into this one if he became Lord Chancellor.

The chance of any change seems even more remote now. And no bad thing, in my view.
