MEMRI have now made available a transcript of the full length version of an interview with Anwar al-Awlaki that al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) released earlier this year. Extracts were shown on al-Jazeera in February of this year.
This interview with the al-Qaeda media front was the first concrete public evidence of a direct link between the preacher and al-Qaeda. The full transcript can be accessed here.
